How We Perform
In May 2017, UN Field Support conducted its 5th Global Client Survey for civilian and uniformed personnel in peacekeeping, special political and other field missions. The survey is Field Support's key management tool to help assess client views on support services and identify core areas for improvement. It is part of the commitment to continuous improvement in rapid, effective, efficient and responsible service delivery. This year's results show a slight increase in satisfaction with most services, including shared services, and highlight areas that require more focus.
